3. Subscriptions & Payments
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscription plans (Silver, Gold, and Diamond) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. No refunds are provided for any active "Verified" or "Featured" listing periods, whether partially or fully used.
4. Accuracy of Information
Law firms and legal professionals listed on LawListings.net are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information presented in their profiles. Each listed entity must ensure compliance with local advertising regulations and professional conduct rules applicable in their jurisdiction.
5. Limitation of Liability
LawListings.net shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, reliance on directory information, or engagement with any listed professional.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
